After dropping the second set, the Eagles regrouped and dominated the third to pick up a hard-fought win on the road.
Lindi Holt put down a team-best six kills and added one block, while Nevaeh Knott finished with four aces, four kills and three blocks.
Noble also got five aces and four kills from Elle Stratman as well as two kills a piece from Jayden Durst and Campbell Johnson.
Roland-Grise 2, Murray 1 (18-25, 26-24, 15-8)
Played Monday
Tess Smith hit .375 with seven kills and five aces in the comeback win that kept the Knights unbeaten.
Olivia Green added six kills, while Lila Laverty put down five and middle Natalie Byrd finished with four.
Taylor Hart and Isabella Rojas both served three aces.
Roland-Grise 2, Williston 0 (25-9, 25-8)
Played Wednesday
The Knights hit an incredible .500 by putting down 22 kills on 36 swings with only four errors.
Olivia Green led the way with 10 kills and three aces. Natalie Byrd had five kills and Tessa Smith chipped in four.
Roland-Grise served 18 aces, including five from Taylor Hart. Setter Claire Carroll handed out eight assists to go along with four aces.
Caroline Ferguson also finished with eight assists, while Harlie Owens had five.

Three pitchers – Parker Yates, Carter Shoffner and Jackson Shivers – combined on a one-hitter with seven strikeouts and no walks in a mercy-rule road victory.
Yates got the start and allowed one hit with three strikeouts in two innings. Shoffner and and Shivers both struck out two batters in their lone inning.
Brock Downing went 2-for-3 with a double, two RBI and two runs scored. Yates also had a two-run base hit and a pair of walks.
Tyler Burke, Sam Spicher and Joseph Wright all doubled.
Myrtle Grove’s lone hit came from Dylan Jones in the second inning.
Roland-Grise 11, Murray 1 (4 innings)

The unbeaten Knights scored eight runs in the second inning and added three more in the third.
Tristan Stewart went 2-for-2 with a triple and walk to keep his batting average at 1.000 through three games (8-for-8). He also scored two runs.
Briggs Ulrich was outstanding on the mound and at the plate. He threw a no-hitter with seven strikeouts, while also finishing 2-for-3 with a triple, walk, two RBI and two runs scored.
Judah Gillespie had three RBI and Doran Preville added two. Bennett Bush and Walter Wishon both crossed the plate twice.
Murray’s run in the first inning was scored by Maksym McCabe, who reached on a hit by pitch.
Holly Shelter 3, Trask 1
Played Wednesday
Standout pitcher Logan Grainger allowed one run on two hits with 11 strikeouts in a dominant complete-game effort to lead the Hurricanes to a home victory.
Trask also got a strong effort on the mound from Max Cordell and Liam Ridgeway, who scattered three hits and struck out six batters. All three runs they allowed were unearned.
The Bears scored in the top of the first inning when Cordell walked and crossed the plate on a wild pitch.
The score remained the same until the bottom of the fourth, when Grainger reached on a dropped strike three and raced home on a passed ball.
Back-to-back two-out RBI singles from Connor Stein and Grainger an inning later put the Hurricanes on top for good.
Murray 7, Myrtle Grove 3
Played Wednesday
Multi-sport standout Maksym McCabe went 3-for-4 with a triple, two RBI and one run scored from the leadoff spot for the victorious Falcons.
McCabe also earned the win by pitching 3 2/3 innings with four strikeouts.
Brodie Peterson finished 2-for-3 with a hit by pitch, three stolen bases, one RBI and two runs scored. He pitched the final 2 1/3 innings and didn’t allow a hit.
Caden Kinlaw, Jake Robinson and Josiah Rodriguez all had one hit and one run scored for Myrtle Grove.

GIRLS LACROSSE
Williston 9, Myrtle Grove 5
Played Wednesday
Sony Hobbs and Riley Peers both scored three goals to lift the Tigers to their first victory in more than three years.
The other goals came from Mya Gainey, Soraya Grace and E’va McCray.
Grace dished out a pair of assists, while Peers added one. Goalkeeper Niyla Covington finished with five saves behind a great defensive effort from Mackenzie Cuba, Jamaica Dorsey, Alana Johnson and Kimora Mills.
Myrtle Grove got three goals from Ellie Coombes as well as one a piece from Addie Cocking and Samantha Henderson. Goalie Gigi Woodle made six saves.
Roland-Grise 8, Holly Shelter 0
Played Thursday
Goalie Addison Novelli saved all four shots she faced to earn the shutout.
Roland-Grise was led offensively by Brenna McWilliams, who recorded a hat trick and added one assist.
Elizabeth Wilson scored twice and had one assist, while Addie Coyle also put home a pair of goals. Sydney Skoblar found the back of the net once.
Noble 13, Trask 9
Elizabeth Everhardt and Pippa Swicewood both scored four goals as the Eagles prevailed on the road.
Marley Andersen led Noble with seven points by finishing with a hat trick and four assists. The other goals came from Reagan Edwards and Savannah Menchio, while Dylan Hoke handed out one assist.
Everhardt and Hoke each won five draws.

The Gators held a narrow 3-2 halftime lead before scoring the only three goals in the second half to secure their first win of the season.
No individual stats were provided for Myrtle Grove.
Williston got one goal a piece from Luke Lanier and Kyree Davis.

The Eagles remained unbeaten with a lopsided victory behind another strong performance from Chase Bendjy, who finished with five goals and three assists.
Gabe Maselli chipped in two goals and one assist, while Hayden Boysen also found the back of the net twice.
Goalies Jaden MacCallum (seven saves) and Tobit Johnson (two saves) played well behind the defense of Victor Dorm, Logan Hocker, Keshawn Simpson and Ford Turner.
Cayden Cilinski and Dodge Ray both had one goal and one assist. The other goal was scored by Eli Perez, while Zyire Howard handed out one assist.
