2026 Girls Soccer Offensive Player of the Year: Brielle Archer

Now that the spring sports season has come to a close, it’s time to reveal the All-Coastal Preps teams. Over the next week, you will get to know more about the players of the year while also seeing who made first and second team in boys golf, boys tennis, boys and girls lacrosse, boys and girls track & field, girls soccer, softball, and baseball.

The Coastal Preps Girls Soccer Offensive Player of the Year is junior forward Brielle Archer from Hoggard.

Brielle’s Accomplishments

Brielle Archer made scoring goals look easier than it really is.

The standout junior forward found the back of the net in 19 of 22 matches and finished with 33 goals and eight assists to help Hoggard reach the NCHSAA 8A State Championship. 

In 10 of those contests, Archer scored at least twice. The N.C. State commit finished with three hat tricks and was at her best in the playoffs by putting home six goals in four matches. 

The Vikings finished 19-2-1 by outscoring their opponents 104-12. In 12 Carolina Conference victories, Hoggard conceded just two goals.

What is one hidden talent you have that most people don’t know about?: I can sing.

What is one thing you want people to know about you besides being a great athlete: I try very hard in school to make All A’s and hope to become a lawyer one day!
